All notaries representing Mobile Notary Express are authorized to notarize a vast array of documents, essentially anything that requires a signature to be officially witnessed and verified. While the list below covers some of the most common types of documents we handle, please remember that this is not an exhaustive list. If your document requires a notary, chances are we can help!

Here are some common and important types of documents we frequently notarize:

  • Real Estate Documents:

    • Deeds (Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds): Used to transfer ownership of real property.

    • Mortgage and Loan Documents: Essential for buying, selling, or refinancing property.

    • Affidavits of Title: Statements made under oath regarding property ownership.

  • Estate Planning Documents:

    • Powers of Attorney (POA): Grants legal authority to another person to act on your behalf in financial, medical, or other matters. These are extremely important and almost always require notarization.

    • Advance Medical Directives / Living Wills: Documents outlining your healthcare wishes.

  • Legal & Business Documents:

    • Affidavits and Sworn Statements: Written statements of facts made under oath, often used in court proceedings, insurance claims, or for various legal declarations.

    • Contracts and Agreements: From employment contracts to vendor agreements, notarization can add an extra layer of legal credibility.

    • Articles of Incorporation / Operating Agreements: Documents related to establishing and managing businesses.

    • Bills of Sale: Especially for high-value items like vehicles or equipment, notarization can provide added protection for both parties.

  • Personal & Financial Documents:

    • Vehicle Title Transfers: Depending on your state, transferring vehicle ownership may require notarization.

    • Parental Consent for Travel: Forms granting permission for a minor to travel with someone other than a legal guardian.

We understand that sometimes you need documents notarized urgently, and that’s precisely why Mobile Notary Express exists. Our goal is to provide timely and convenient service directly to you.

Here’s how same-day service works and what can influence availability:

  • Your Location: Depending on how far you are from our available notaries, travel time can be a factor in scheduling.
